Olukunle Malomo, Co-Founder, President and Chief
Executive Officer.
Kunle has over 13 years of Wireless experience and is
responsible for setting the strategic vision and
currently oversees all the business development
activities of Mobile Application Technologies. Olukunle
is a serial entrepreneur and has successfully founded
two other businesses. Olukunle has a B.S. in Electrical
and Electronic Engineering with a specialization in
Telecommunications Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo
University in Nigeria where he developed a patent
pending Wireless Sound Detecting and Ranging System,
SODAR. He received his MBA from the Wharton School, at
the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Morgenthau
and Shils Zeidman Fellow. He also completed the CS
program in Financing Hi-Tech Start-ups at Stanford
University. Olukunle also had consulting stints with IBM
Global Services, Cap Gemini-Ernst&Young and Center for
Applied Research, Philadelphia. Olukunle was recently
selected by the World Economic Forum as one of its 100
Global Leaders of Tomorrow in Davos, Switzerland.

access agnostic core network portfolio. Sheriff was also
a Senior member of the cross-functional team engaged in
pricing negotiations with Cisco Systems. Sheriff holds

Laurent Guengant, Vice President, Research &
Development
Guengant has over 20 years wireless experience and
specializes in Internet-based data and voice service
offerings and has seven years of international
experience working for small, fast-paced, unregulated
firms as well as larger, traditional, and regulated
service providers or equipment vendors. Experience:
Result Venture Knowledge, Telechoice Inc., Qwest
Communications, Nortel Networks, Arbinet-The-Exchange in
the US, IBM Italy and the National Airport Authority in
France. Laurent has expertise in analyzing and guiding
technology choices, as well as developing business and
marketing strategies for solutions and service
providers. Laurent brings a unique experience having
more specifically worked in the areas of convergent
voice and data services, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs),
Web/Applications Hosting, and IP Quality of Service (QoS)
and the data wireless sector. His most recent activities
at Result include the development of a Wireless Program,
where he brought a number of European VCs and Incubators
to Sweden and Finland, helping then identify, short list
and evaluate over 35 of the most promising Scandinavian
wireless technology companies. M.S. in Computer Science,
EPITA Engineering School in Paris, France. French
undergraduate “Grandes Ecoles” preparation in Maths and
Physics, in Clermont-Ferrand, France. Laurent is fluent
in French, Italian, English, and the Creole dialect
spoken in many of the Caribbean Islands.
Rebecca Enonchong, Board Member and Head of Strategic
Initiatives
Rebecca Enonchong is founder and
Chief Executive Officer of AppsTech , a leading global
provider of enterprise application solutions and one of
MobileAppsTech’s key strategic partners. Prior to
founding AppsTech, Enonchong worked for organizations
such as EduTech Computer Solutions, the Inter-American
Development Bank (IDB) and as an independent consultant
serving multinational clients. Enonchong has also held
senior finance positions with the Atlantic Companies,
the Washington Business Group and Hyatt Hotels.In
addition to her wide array of professional achievements,
Enonchong’s accomplishments also include an extensive
list of personal initiatives in the non-profit arena. A
recipient of Enterprise Africa's 2001 African
Entrepreneurship Award, Enonchong was also named a
Global Leader for Tomorrow (GLT) by the World Economic
Forum of Davos, Switzerland, as part of the annual award
that recognizes outstanding leaders around the world.
Enonchong has been featured in several leading
newspapers and magazines including The Wall Street
Journal, The Washington Post, MBE magazine and
ComputerWorld and has appeared on both CNN and CNNfn.
Enonchong holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master
of Science in Economics from the Catholic University of

Jean-Michel Texier, Executive Vice President of Technology
Solutions
Jean-Michel
Texier oversees the implementation and support of
AppsTech’s ASP (application service provider) and
onsite e-business solutions worldwide. Texier has more
than 17 years of global IT experience, with advanced
expertise in Oracle products including ERP (Enterprise
Resource Planning) applications,
database engines and development tools.
Prior to joining AppsTech, Texier was Chief Information
Officer (CIO) of the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the
world’s largest independent conservation organization,
with a global network of five million supporters and 27
national organizations. As CIO, Texier was
instrumental in upgrading WWF legacy and proprietary
systems, and in introducing Web-based solutions to
streamline the data consolidation process between WWF
headquarters and all of its field offices worldwide. In addition, Texier also held several senior
management and analyst positions at Applied Research
Laboratories and Federal Polytechnic University, both in
Lausanne, Switzerland.
Texier holds a Master of Science in Information
Technology degree from Federal Polytechnic University in
Lausanne, Switzerland and a Bachelor of Science degree
in Math and Physics from Scientific University of Orsay
in Paris, France. A French national, Texier is
fluent in English, French and Spanish.
